Awesome Results!! Highly Recommended!
This product is very effective in calming stressful moments we all have. It's very helpful to take this at night as well to help you to have a more peaceful rest. I noticed results after the very first does. I take one in the early afternoon to take off the edge, and to feel at peace, and I take one about an hour or two before bedtime. I really recommend this for anyone that is stressed out, and does NOT want to take synthetic type medications. I believe in the natural approach always when there is a safer alternative. GABA makes me feel so good I just feel like I'm cheating at life. I feel so calm and happy and I can 100% feel its effects about 30 minutes after taking it. I've been buying this for over a yesr now. It's not a sleeping medicine, but I do rest and sleep so much better since I started taking it. I ran out once, and I could tell the difference. Helps me get to sleep faster
I bought this under the recommendation of a friend who also has trouble staying asleep all night. This brand of GABA works for me! It relaxes my nerves at the end of a busy day. I also like the fact that there are 100 quick release caplets! So they’ll last me a good little while.
