I have used other melatonin products but like this one the best. It works for sleep and has a great taste. It is nice that you can control the dosage with the dropper since it is liquid. this is the only melatonin i use - best product for the money - hold under tongue for 30 seconds or more and usually makes me sleepy in about 30 minutes. i use 3 full droppers to equal almost 10 mg. some products are 10 mg per dropper so 3 of these are less than 1 of theirs.this is the only melatonin i use - best product for the money - hold under tongue for 30 seconds or more and usually makes me sleepy in about 30 minutes. i use 3 full droppers to equal almost 10 mg. some products are 10 mg per dropper so 3 of these are less than 1 of theirs.Quality
